Patient Management
In the aktivSYSTEM Trainer, patient management is conducted. Patients can be manually created or integrated from the administration/KIS system through an interface.
Multiple patients can be pinned in the menu bar and worked on simultaneously. The system remembers the last editing status for each patient, ensuring a quick switch between patients during admission, etc.
Key patient information can be viewed and edited through customer details. The integrated rights system allows functionalities to be individually set and controlled for each patient.
Training Planning
The training plans in aktivSYSTEM can be created based on all exercise science parameters. Starting with the cycling through macro, meso, and microcycles, determining the sequence between multiple training plans, split training plans, and circuit training models, all the way to a simple training plan, everything is possible.
Templates
In order to effectively handle the stressful therapy routine without compromising expertise, aktivSYSTEM utilizes a template system for training design. The templates can be created independently by the facility. The template system includes training cycles, training plan templates, and parameter templates. When templates are used for designing training plans, they can be customized for individual clients without affecting the general templates. This allows therapists, regardless of their level of knowledge, to select and assign the appropriate training plans based on the indication/training goal.
Training Configuration
For training design, a variety of functional exercises, exercises on sequence training machines, coordination exercises, endurance exercises and more are available. Each type of exercise has specific parameters stored, which can be adjusted through the aktivSYSTEM Trainer.

Additionally, various control methods are available for performance management (repetitions, countdown, countdown with pacing, or holding exercises).

To stay in direct contact with patients, various communication tools are available. The portfolio includes surveys, messages, wall posts and notifications. Many messages can also be automated through the rule system. For example, information about expiring training plans, reminders of upcoming appointments, or canceled class sessions.
Statistics
Our statistics track the utilization of the training area by day and time, as well as the usage of individual equipment (overall or throughout the day). The insights generated from this data are valuable criteria for patient management and scheduling.
